No, you have the freedom to choose the number of steps that suit your lifestyle. On the current live program, the range was from 5,000 to 12,500 steps with two people choosing to commit to 15 minutes of walking daily and 600 calories of daily exercise. It all depends on your lifestyle
There are lots of activities in life that we do daily but we either plan not to do them or circumstances mean we can't. We work, shower and eat daily but we sometimes forgo these. So, built in allowances means you'll meet your commitment daily but it's not a do or die situation!
The guide should take approximately 90 minutes to work through, the journal prompts depend on you. If you don't have a digital tracker, you have to wait until you get one and you'll need to do some printouts. Maybe, you need to find a friend or wait for the next live program.
The live programs run over 30 days initially, and the continue depending on the participants. The whatsapp groups are very effective in keeping you engaged & committed because of the group interaction. So yes, please add on and join a live program, it's really worth it!
YES, absolutely, if you follow the guide and embrace the journey and track, track & track! if you don't, you'll be able to clearly see your progress from the trackers and you can join a live program(most of us need camaraderie) or keep going for another 30 days.
