If you’ve ever lost weight… only to see it creep back when life gets busy, there’s a reason. It’s not that you didn’t try hard enough.
It’s that nothing in your day was steady enough to drive change.
I’ll show you how to keep your weight moving in the right direction and how walking becomes the daily habit that keeps it there so it doesn’t slip back when life gets busy.
The reality is that things have worked in the past, but they don’t hold when life gets busy or long enough to create lasting change.
So instead of starting another full plan, the first step is to get things working again in a way that fits your day.
That’s what we’ll focus on in this workshop.
This workshop is for you if:
You want to lose weight… but can't seem to stick with anything long enough for it to work
You start strong... then life happens gets busy and it slips
You’re getting your steps in… but not at a level that actually shifts weight
You feel like you’re doing the right things… but nothing is steady enough to make a difference or keep your weight moving in the right direction.

Trying Harder Isn’t the Answer
— What You Do Most Days Is
Weight doesn’t respond to short bursts of effort. It responds to what you do consistently over time. If it only works on your best week, it won't work long term.
Walking Isn’t Basic
— It’s Powerful When It Becomes Daily
Calorie burn comes from your movenent across the whole day and not one session. That’s when your weight starts to shift.
Knowing Isn’t the Problem
— Making It Stick Is
Most women already know walking could help.
The challenge is having something in place that keeps it going when life gets busy.
Your healthy habits coach.
A few years ago, I found myself stuck in the same cycle so many women know all too well. I’d start strong with a new gym membership, diet or challenge only to fizzle out when life got busy. I felt guilty for not being “committed enough”. I could not stay consistent with my health.
The breakthrough came when I led a small group study and later a simple WhatsApp steps challenge. For the first time,
I saw how powerful accountability, encouragement and small daily actions could be. Women showed up, supported each other and together built real momentum. However, when the challenge ended, the motivation faded and I realised we needed more than short bursts of inspiration.
We need structure, support and community to create habits that last and we needed a simple way to see whether we are being active daily.

My cholesterol, blood pressure and blood sugars had crept up and my doctor warned me to take it seriously.
I started focusing on daily walking in November. By January my repeat blood tests had improved and I’d lost 4kg.
I used to restart every Monday.
Once I focused on consistent daily steps instead of intense workouts, my weight finally began to move, it felt doable and I finally felt back in control especially when the school holidays came round.
Walking sounded too simple to really make a difference but the consistency changed everything. My energy improved, my weight started moving and it’s the first routine I’ve maintained. Now I feel ready to build on this.

If you’ve ever felt frustrated starting over again and again, this will feel different.
This isn’t about doing more. It’s about putting something in place that actually holds.
In this 45-minute workshop, you’ll see why trying harder hasn’t shifted your weight long-term and how daily walking becomes the habit that keeps your weight moving in the right direction, even when life gets busy. So you’re not back at the start every few weeks.
