Step Into You

Step Into You is now open for enrolment.
We start 1 April.

Step Into You is designed to break the cycle of starting over where progress builds for a while, then life gets busy, things begin to slip and before long you find yourself back where you started.

From my own experience and working with women over the years, the issue is rarely not knowing what to do. Most of us have already tried eating better, moving more and starting again multiple times.

What wears us down isn’t just the effort, it’s the fact that it doesn’t hold.

Step Into You isn’t another plan or something to follow perfectly. It’s about becoming active daily in a way that actually holds, whether your focus is your weight, your health or simply staying consistent with your fitness routine.

By building daily steps into your day, you hold a steady level of activity in the background, so even when life has its busy ups and downs, it keeps working for you.

Over time, those steps increase your daily calorie burn across the day, which is where most of your calorie burn builds up outside of resting.

Being active daily with steps supports your overall health and fitness and helps you lose weight or keep your weight in check without needing everything else to be perfect.
