This is where we talk about food and eating in a way that supports your energy, being active and long-term health.
I work with women who are often doing many things โrightโ. Eating healthy foods, staying busy, trying to move more, yet still noticing weight slowly creeping up.
This usually has very little to do with willpower.
Weight gain often comes from small, repeated patterns. Eating constantly. Drinking calories without realising. Portion sizes drifting. Grazing on healthy foods that still add up. Being overly strict, then overindulging later. Avoiding jumping on the scale.
When eating feels calmer and more intentional, moving daily feels easier and more consistent so 'Fuel up Monday' is there to do just that.
This week, do not try to fix everything. Simply notice:
Where does food sneak in without intention?
When eating feels automatic rather than needed?
How food affects your energy for walking and getting active

Fuel up Monday runs once a month and next month, we will look at the everyday habits that quietly cause weight gain.
