Hello! Hello!
How's it going? I’ve been a little quiet lately with juggling travel, new routines and the big moment of sending both my girls off to university. It’s been emotional, busy and honestly a little unsettling.
But while life’s been full, I’ve also been working behind the scenes on something new. Finalising my new framework that gets you achieving your step habit and getting your step count up fast.

The cycle starts with you setting a goal you can keep, creating simple routines, quick boosts when life gets a litttle tough, tracking so you celebrate small wins and finally you get to live the change every day. I've even got milestones along the way so you can see just how far you’ve come.
Just in case you missed it, it’s October, the final stretch of the year and if you're like me you are starting to feel a little uneasy. This is the moment we either wait for January or take small and decisive action now.
There are 10 weeks left and that’s plenty of time to make real progress if we start today. So, here’s my challenge to you:
Check your phone and see how many steps you’ve averaged this month.If that number makes you cringe, even a litte, it’s okay because you can change it, starting now.
