I started doing steps consistently in 2020 when my life became transitory and I could not commit to the gym or anything that required me to be in one location. I started off with a group challenge which was a lot of fun but not sustainable so I set myself a 1,000,000 steps challenge in 100 days. On average I hit this goal daily so I've put together my faviourte tips to help you get started.

Some examples are birthdays, the new year, the new school year, new months etc. Accountability for implementatation is invaluable but the the time you spend reflecting and setting your goals will make all the difference.
