Hey Lovely,

July has been a whirlwind, a beautiful blur where faith, fun, work, holiday, family all blended into one rhythm.

Between straddling three continents, I managed to keep up my 10,000-step average and hit day 60 of building a strength training habit. In the quieter moments, I’ve been doing some deep work, refining the message and a new strategy for boost.

As the month closes, I’m so grateful for consistency, showing up when I felt scared and for the reminder that when we pause to lay foundations, we come back stronger for the year ahead.
