Simple, real-life programmes that help you move more, eat better and stay consistent without starting over and over again.
I know what it feels like to keep starting over with your heath and fitness goals.
That’s why I created boostbyjax, a space where women can find structure, support and a simple way to stay consistent daily with being active and eating better.
As a certified coach, I’ve helped hundreds of women take small steps that lead to lasting change.

Hey hon,
I’ve been putting together the next 10-day group where we’ll be losing weight together while also breaking the cycle that keeps women starting over.
One of the things we look at closely is where things begin to fall apart, because weight gain is rarely about one big moment.
It is usually a pattern.
Here’s a very common scenario from one of the women I work with:
“Normally around 3.30 or 4pm, I start looking for something to eat, so it’s straight to the snack cupboard. If we have biscuits, nuts or chocolate, I’ll have that. I try clearing the temptation, but even then I still go looking for something and end up eating whatever I find, even if it’s treats I don’t actually like.”
This small exercise reveals a lot.
Why Afternoon Snacking Happens
Most women assume the problem is lack of willpower or having tempting food in the house, but usually there is something deeper happening.
By that point in the day, hunger has often built up, usually because meals earlier on were not filling enough. Energy drops and eating becomes reactive rather than intentional. Once that cycle starts repeating daily, it quietly affects weight, energy and confidence.
The Real Problem Often Starts Earlier
So rather than focusing only on what happens at 4pm, it is worth looking at what happened earlier in the day that led to it.
If this sounds familiar, you are definitely not alone.
With love and good vibes,
Jacqueline xx
