Simple, real-life programmes that help you move more, eat better and stay consistent without starting over and over again.
I know what it feels like to keep starting over with your heath and fitness goals.
Thatβs why I created boostbyjax, a space where women can find structure, support and a simple way to stay consistent daily with being active and eating better.
As a certified coach, Iβve helped hundreds of women take small steps that lead to lasting change.

Welcome to boost2move
Today we begin the next stage of your journey.
Over the last 10 days you've proved something really important to yourself. You can show up. You can move daily. You can make changes when you have the right structure and support around you.
Now our job is to make that consistency last.
Over the next 30 days, we'll build on the foundations you've already laid by focusing on one thing: becoming consistently active.
We'll strengthen your movement routine, make it fit more naturally into your life and help you become the woman who keeps going, even when life doesn't go to plan.
That doesn't mean we're forgetting everything we covered in Break the Cycle. I'd encourage you to keep your plan in sight and continue holding on to one or two of the eating habits you've started to build. Those foundations will keep supporting your weight loss while we give our full attention to making daily movement something that simply becomes part of your life.
When movement becomes your anchor, you're far more likely to protect your weight loss and avoid the stop-start cycle.
Every week we'll build on the last, so by the end of the month you'll have a movement routine that's stronger, more flexible and much easier to keep going with.
The WhatsApp Groups
This is your programme hub where you'll find your weekly programme content, audio lessons, worksheets and important updates throughout the 30 days.
π¬Boost Circle
This is our coaching and accountability group where we'll ask questions, celebrate wins, support one another and build momentum together.
Both groups are an important part of your Boost experience.
The hub group provides the structure and the Circle is where we bring it to life.
What happens this week?
Today we'll settle into boost2move and begin making the shift from completing a programme to building a lifestyle.
This week we'll revisit your movement commitment and make a promise for July and begin laying the foundations for the next 30 days.
What to Expect Each Week
Each week we'll focus on one area of building lasting consistency.
Each week you'll receive:
β’ A clear focus to guide your week
β’ A short audio coaching lesson
β’ A practical worksheet or resource
β’ Coaching, accountability and support in Boost Circle
β’ A weekly challenge and movement boosts to keep things fresh and build momentum
Rather than trying to do more, we'll focus on taking small actions consistently because that's how confidence and lasting habits are built.
Group Check-In Calls
We'll have two live group check-in calls during boost2move.
These are an opportunity to reflect on how things are going, ask questions, get support and make small adjustments before little wobbles become bigger ones.
Sunday 12th July β 7.30pm UK
Thursday 23rd July β 7.30pm UK
The calls will last around 30 minutes and are designed to keep us connected, supported and moving forward together. Don't be surprised if we take the occasional call on the move β after all, this month is all about building an active lifestyle.
Throughout the month, I'll also continue offering opportunities to Walk With Me whenever it feels helpful. These informal walks are simply another way to check in, get moving and remove some of the barriers that can make it harder to stay consistent.
Weekly Rhythm
Throughout the month we'll follow a simple rhythm.
Monday β Weekly focus
Tuesday β Coaching convo, let's make it stick
Wednesday β Weighty Wednesday: weigh day and movement check-in
Thursday β Movement boost
Friday β Celebrate the week's wins
Saturday β Strong Saturday: new audio lesson and weekly resource in the boost2move Journey hub
Sunday β Weekly check-in and poll
Throughout the week, we'll continue supporting one another in the Boost Circle through coaching, encouragement and shared progress.
Boost Circle works best when we stay visible.
You don't need to post everything, but the more we see, the more we can support one another.
Throughout the month, I'd love you to:
πΆββοΈ Share your walks, steps and movement.
πͺ Share your strength sessions or other activities.
π¬ Join in with the coaching conversations, ask questions and share your wins, observations and challenges.
π Encourage and celebrate the other women in the group.
This month isn't about having a perfect 30 days.
It's about building a routine that still works when work gets busy, family needs you or motivation disappears. We'll celebrate the small wins along the way because those small wins are the proof that you're becoming more consistent.
Final thoughts...
You're making a promise to yourself that will shape your July.
Over the next 30 days, we'll build on the foundations you've already laid, strengthen your movement routine and keep building momentum together. Keep your plan from the 10 days in sight and continue holding on to one or two of the eating habits you've started to build, while we give our main attention to becoming consistently active.
One thing I'd encourage you to remember is that this month isn't about chasing the biggest step numbers.
Choose a goal that stretches you but still fits your life.
Every promise you keep, every walk you take and every small win you celebrate builds confidence and makes consistency much easier to hold on to.
By the end of the month, I hope walking feels less like something you're trying to do and more like something you simply do.
That's where lasting change begins.
Keep showing up.
Keep supporting one another.
Celebrate the small wins because they matter.
Let's make July a month you'll be proud of.
With love and good vibes,
Jacqueline xx
p.s. Momentum isn't built by having perfect weeks. It's built by returning quickly, again and again, until keeping going simply becomes what you do.
