December fills up so quickly. School events, work deadlines, Christmas prep, family life and the mental overload from a full year gone by… Before we know it, the whole month has passed and we’ve barely stopped to breathe.

before the holidays take over.
Choose one friend or colleague, reach out now, pick the date and put it in the diary.
Just one.
Walking with someone does something special.
It lifts your mood, makes the steps fly by and turns being active into something nourishing instead of something you have to squeeze in.
I find I walk twice as much when I have company and it becomes the happiest part of my week.
So right now, in the middle of one of the busiest season of the year, connection is exactly what we all need more of.
A grounding moment as we converse.
A breath of fresh air.
A reset as we get active again.
