Simple, real-life programmes that help you move more, eat better and stay consistent without starting over and over again.
I know what it feels like to keep starting over with your heath and fitness goals.
That’s why I created boostbyjax, a space where women can find structure, support and a simple way to stay consistent daily with being active and eating better.
As a certified coach, I’ve helped hundreds of women take small steps that lead to lasting change.

Keeping a routine going day after day, month after month, isn’t always straightforward because life rarely stands still.
School terms change, we travel, holidays arrive and every so often a week appears that throws everything off balance.
At times like that, the part of my plan that keeps my step count steady is surprisingly simple: I rely on a go-to walking route.
For me it’s a short one, about fifteen minutes. I step outside, follow a familiar loop, and head back home. It takes very little thought, yet the benefits are noticeable every time.
Even a brief walk outdoors brings fresh air, a change of scene and a mental reset that lifts the day.
The real advantage of a go-to route is that it removes decision-making. When you know exactly where you can walk, your mind returns to it naturally, even when life becomes busy or you find yourself somewhere new and unfamiliar.
Over time I have built a small collection of these routes. I usually keep three in mind: a short one, a slightly longer one and a longer stretch when I have more time or company.
The shortest route is the one that holds everything together because it keeps the habit alive and the step count steady on the busiest days.
So this week, it might be worth asking yourself a simple question:
Where could your own go-to route be?
Perhaps a loop around your neighbourhood, a nearby park or a quiet stretch of road you enjoy walking along.
Once you’ve found it, you’ll likely return to it more often than you expect. I’d genuinely love to hear what your go-to route might be so message me on WhatsApp.
