Simple, real-life programmes that help you move more, eat better and stay consistent without starting over and over again.
I know what it feels like to keep starting over with your heath and fitness goals.
That’s why I created boostbyjax, a space where women can find structure, support and a simple way to stay consistent daily with being active and eating better.
As a certified coach, I’ve helped hundreds of women take small steps that lead to lasting change.

February: A month that finds its pace
The hype of the new year has passed and a rhythm has begun to form, even if half term shook it slightly along the way.
I’ve been quietly clearing the administrative backlog by carving out a small morning window each day. I’m reminded again that blitzes rarely serve in the long run. It’s daily repetition, even for administrative tasks, that moves things forward, much like my steps.
Routine has shaped this month. The upheaval of Christmas feels behind us, and the pace of 2026 is settling into something more sustainable.
This month, a client shared her repeat blood results with me.
In May her cholesterol, blood pressure and blood suger were raised; she felt exhausted and stuck in the start-stop cycle.
In November she committed to a daily step target with me and made small adjustments to her eating. Since then, her markers have returned to healthy ranges, she is sleeping properly again and she has lost over 7kg(15lbs) without extremes.
What shifted was not intensity but structure and support.
She walked daily, and that momentum spilled into other areas. In her words, she needed the hand-holding at the start before she could carry it forward on her own.
Choose a habit that steadies you and protect it, e.g:
A daily step target.
A protein-first meal.
A fixed bedtime.
Not everything at once, one thing that holds when the weeks shift and shakes. My client's health markers improved because she held the walks long enough. Sleep returned because she reaslised what she needed. The weight followed because she stopped starting over. Structure works when it is repeated and support helps get you there quickly.

Results don't come from a burst of effort but by holding steady long enough to see the results. That is exactly what
Step Into You is designed to do.
The next round begins 9 March.
A 3-month coaching group where we build and hold for a few weeks until change lasts beyond a few good weeks. The structure & support hold everything when life gets busy.

From my Walks & Reads

There is something grounding about pairing a walk with a good book. It turns movement into thinking time, perspective time and something you yearn.
Shoe Dog had me reflecting on being proud of my craft. It made me think about the quiet work we do each day, often unnoticed, often uncelebrated but we push through because we love it.
My Promise for March - What's yours?
This month, I’m choosing to build deliberately. It’s a good month for purposeful strides, pushing forward and strengthening deliberately so as to finish the first quarter steady and strong.
Progress that lasts rarely comes from one powerful burst.
What are you choosing to move consistently before the quarter closes?
