Simple, real-life programmes that help you move more, eat better and stay consistent without starting over and over again.
I know what it feels like to keep starting over with your heath and fitness goals.
That’s why I created boostbyjax, a space where women can find structure, support and a simple way to stay consistent daily with being active and eating better.
As a certified coach, I’ve helped hundreds of women take small steps that lead to lasting change.

November brought a kind of peace I desperately needed.
No airports, no rushing coupled with a long weekend by the beach, a desert safari and enough stillness to finally hear myself think again.
I’d set my mind on hitting that 35,000-step Fitbit boot and I planned it with real intention. Breaking the goal down, pacing myself and then actually doing it was a powerful win.
For December, I'll release what entangles, protect my energy and prepare intentionally to enter 2026 unburdened.
Being Active: I was reminded how much my mind and body benefit from getting out 3x a day. Short walks broke up the days, lifted my mood and got those steps in without pressure.
Mindset:I looked at the world through a peaceful lens shifting conversations, decisions and even how I held my to-do list.
boostbyjax:Closing out some milestone projects left me with a surprising combination: relief and readiness and feeling like my foundations are finally holding ground.
1️⃣ Schedule your Walk ’n Talks: Reach out now, choose the friend or colleague, pick the dates and get them in the diary before the holidays take over.
2️⃣ Plan your veg first:
When doing meals, start with the vegetables you and your family will eat. It’s a simple anchor when December gets busy.
3️⃣ Unburden yourself:
Make one hard decision you’ve been avoiding, the kind that frees energy and clears head space for the year ahead.

From my Walks & Reads
Last month I walked with Wild Dark Shore. It’s atmospheric, emotional and the kind of story that makes your steps feel a

little more intense as you sink into the words and a harsh reality.
A few lines stayed with me, I love when a book goes right to your core and reminds you of something you needed to hear.
My Promise for December - What's yours?
This month, my promise is simple: letting go of anything that can’t come with me into the new year. I am reminded of a Hebrews verse, to strip away everything that clings, suffocates or entangles so I run my race, in my 2026 lane, as free as bird!
