Simple, real-life programmes that help you move more, eat better and stay consistent without starting over and over again.
I know what it feels like to keep starting over with your heath and fitness goals.
That’s why I created boostbyjax, a space where women can find structure, support and a simple way to stay consistent daily with being active and eating better.
As a certified coach, I’ve helped hundreds of women take small steps that lead to lasting change.

Can you believe it’s almost November already? 🍂
I’m so excited for this one as it’s my birthday month and for the first time since June, I’ll be living in one place for the whole month. Honestly, that alone feels like a little gift.
November is also when I hit my first ever 500K-step month but this year, I’m keeping it simple. My only goal is to see that 35K in a day flash up on my Fitbit, it will need some planning!
Sometimes it’s not about doing more of the same but rather it’s about being challenged and stretched on something different.
Steps: I think I nailed it, in fact, I know I did!
I’ve helped hundreds of women increase their step count over the years and I’ve always known community matters. But these past few months as I've re-imagined the programme, I've realised how powerful structure is when forming a habit.
Food: Six months of travel is a recipe for wobble but that’s okay. I’m pressing reset with small daily actions that help me feel stronger, lighter and more in control again.
1️⃣ Commit to consistency and anchor your day: Pick one time of day you’ll get your steps in - morning, lunchtime or evening then make it your slot.
2️⃣ Track your truth: Colour in your tracker foot each day. That dopamine hit works wonders for your motivation.
3️⃣Focus on fuel, not restriction: Add one balanced meal instead of cutting something out. Prepare a selection of cut fruit and veg and work your through them.

From my walks & Reads
When was the last time you tucked into a good book or listen? Audios are my lifeline for long walks, sometimes it’s a podcast, other times a story that just sweeps you away.
My last gem was The Paper Palace - raw, moving and unbelievably real. If you love layered characters and seaside settings, add it to your list.🎧
My Promise for November - What's yours?
This month, I’m choosing peace and less pace as I settle and try to embrace gratitude and the quiet of being. What about you?
