Hello! Hello!

How many times have you told yourself, “I’m doing 10,000 steps daily” or “I’m strength training three times this week” and then it’s Friday and it just hasn’t happened?

I use to think it was laziness, well maybe a touch of it, but partly it’s vagueness and giving yourself too many decisions to make in a busy week.

Change starts when your goal has a name, a number and a plan behind it. That’s what I call a pledge you can keep.

This week, set one clear commitment for the next seven days (let’s start simple) and don’t wait until Monday:

✨ "I’ll walk 6,000 steps a day.” or

✨ “I’ll do strength training this Wednesday at lunchtime and I’ll call Jacquie to join me so we hold each other accountable.”

Specific. Measurable. Achievable. Relevant. Timebound.
