It's been a busy year for me, upskilling and pushing through on this entrepreneurial jouney.

Behind the scenes, I’ve also been shaping a simple framework that captures how I approach boost2move, my unique programme which I use to keep myself moving forward, even when life is busy.

It looks like this:

These steps remind me and the women I work with that it’s not about perfection, rather, it’s about building habits that feel doable, joyful and sustainable.
