Simple, real-life programmes that help you move more, eat better and stay consistent without starting over and over again.
I know what it feels like to keep starting over with your heath and fitness goals.
That’s why I created boostbyjax, a space where women can find structure, support and a simple way to stay consistent daily with being active and eating better.
As a certified coach, I’ve helped hundreds of women take small steps that lead to lasting change.

Hey hon!
It's Fresh Start Monday and I’m a big believer in habits and quiet routines that help us manage what, when and how much we eat.
As a recovering dieter (I’ve done a few in my time!), I learned the hard way that losing weight is tough but keeping it off is tougher.
The secret isn’t another diet. It’s building new habits that help you live differently, not just eat differently.
That’s why fasting, or as I call it, a food curfew is part of the boost2lose cycle. It’s not punishment; it’s practice of a routine that helps us manage what, when and how we eat. A food curfew simply means setting a cut-off time for eating so your body can rest, repair and reset.
Did you know? Research shows this simple habit of fasting can improve blood-sugar control, reduce inflammation and support fat loss.* A short walk after meals also help steady your blood sugar making fasting and a step habit a fantastic pair for a healthier and more balanced you.
