Every year, December becomes the month women quietly give up on themselves.

Steps drop.
Routines slip.
Life gets busy.

Most busy women walk into the new year full of hope, but running on their reserve after December has taken its toll.

You can see the weeks you kept going and the weeks where life got in the way. It was never about lack of effort but simply that you were busy, juggling responsibilities and putting yourself last again.

When life fills up, the first thing to go is your routine. Without a simple plan to anchor you, even taking a walk becomes something you “meant to do” but didn’t get round to.

Consistency does not grow from motivation or willpower. It grows to become you, when you have a plan that removes the thinking, a small group to check in with and daily actions that fit into the reality of your day. This is what helps a habit hold, even when life is at its busiest.
