Boost Within - July 25

Hey lovely,

It’s the first Monday of the month, the one where I land in your inbox with a little something for your personal growth.

And this week, it’s a little personal.

I’ve spent the last 20 years being introduced as someone’s mum. Honestly, I’ve worn that title with pride. It has shaped me, stretched me, softened me and at times, nearly swallowed me whole.

But here I am, on the other side of the school run. My girls are growing, thriving and starting to walk their own paths. So, I’m asking myself:

✨ Who am I, now that I’m no longer needed in the same way?

It’s wild to realise how many years we spend living for others, first our parents, then our kids, our work and our responsibilities. Somewhere inbetween, we forget to live for ourselves.

But just like that, the seasons shift and so should we, with a new chapter that's got our names on it.

If you’ve been feeling like you’ve lost your way, like you’re doing everything for everyone else but can’t seem to stay consistent with your own health, your goals and your peace - take heart, you're not alone.

This is your reminder that you still matter. You’re allowed to grow again and a supportive community is all you need to focus on you again.
