Welcome to Break the Cyle

Today we begin Break the Cycle.

I know your struggle isn't a lack of knowledge. It's holding on to healthy habits when life doesn't go to plan so that's exactly what we're going to work on.

Over the next 10 days, we're going to focus on building simple daily habits that help you become more consistent, more active and keep your weight moving in the right direction, without relying on motivation, perfection or starting over every few weeks.

This is where you'll find your daily programme content, resources and important updates throughout the 10 days.

πŸ’¬Boost Circle

This is our coaching and accountability group where we'll ask questions, celebrate wins, support one another and work through the programme together.

Both groups are an important part of your Break the Cycle experience and will be waiting for you when you join.

What happens today? Today is all about settling in.

We'll introduce ourselves, get settled into the group and begin working through Day 1 together.

What to expect each day

Each morning you'll receive:

β€’ A simple focus for the day

β€’ A small task or action to complete

Weekend focus- we'll start uncovering where things usually begin to unravel, put some simple structure in place and build a plan that works in real life.

Together we'll:

By Monday you'll know exactly what you're working on.

Walk With Me Sessions

These are completely optional but highly encouraged.

The aim is simple: remove barriers and make it easier to get moving.

Each session starts with a 15-minute walk together then I'll leave to enjoy your walk. I always have something to listion to, my favourites are audio books, youtube sermons or faith apps.

Current walk times:

6.30am UK & 7.30pm UK

You don't need to attend every session. Just join the ones that work for you and I will remain flexible over the weekend.

The times will be fixed for the week, but if moving them by an hour either way would help more women join, we can discuss that in the group. You are welcome to Walk With Me today at 7.30pm (UK time).

Group Check-In Calls

We'll have two live group check-ins during the 10 days.

Check-In 1: Sunday 28th June 7:30pm UK

Check-In 2: Wednesday 1st July 7:30pm UK

These are a chance to ask questions, get support and make sure small problems don't turn into a difficult week.

During the day...

Boost Circle works best when we stay visible. You don't need to post everything, but the more we see, the more we can support one another.

Throughout the 10 days, I'd love you to:

  • πŸ“Έ Share meals, snacks

  • βš–οΈ Join in on the weigh days -simply another piece of information that helps us learn what's working and what needs adjusting.

  • πŸ’¬ Share your wins, observations, challenges and what you're learning about yourself. Ask questions as they come up.

  • πŸ’œEncourage and celebrate the other women in the group.

  • πŸ‘Ÿ Join a live walk whenever you can.

Remember, we're focusing on the things we can control:
moving daily, becoming more aware of our food choices, staying connected to the group and getting back on track quickly after a wobble aka life not going to plan.

The women who get the best results aren't usually the women who do everything perfectly. They're the women who stay visible, keep showing up and celebrate the new habits that lead to lasting weight loss.

Final thoughts...

You don't need to be perfect over the next 10 days. You simply need to keep showing up. Small actions repeated consistently beat big bursts of motivation every time.

We'll focus on the daily habits that lead to lasting weight loss. As you build simple routines, stay visible, support one another and learn to keep going when life doesn't go to plan, you'll be building something far more valuable than a good week on the scales.

You'll be building a way of living that lasts.
