Here are the full details.

From Friday 6th to Sunday 15th, I’m running the 10-Day Jumpstart:
a short, supported 10 days in WhatsApp for women who want to steady their eating habits and get a handle on the cycle of starting, stopping and restarting.

No meal plans or rigid rules.

The focus is on how eating fits into real life, our workdays, tired evenings, weekends, stress and social plans and putting simple structure around everyday habits so things settle rather than swing.

What the 10 days look like

Each day inside the WhatsApp group you’ll have:

  • one clear focus for the day(simple and realistic)

  • a light check-in(a word or emoji counts)

  • group support and accountability, so you’re not doing this alone

What most women notice

When eating becomes calmer and more intentional:

  • grazing reduces

  • evenings feel more in control

  • restarting every few days stops

And when that happens, weight usually does start to shift, not dramatically, but enough to feel encouraged and back in control.

Ten days won’t fix everything.


But it’s long enough to prove that consistency works when there’s structure and support.
